So thankful to have signature Toyota. I called this morning knowing I needed to take my vehicle out of town and they were able to get me in for an oil change. When I pulled it and you could tell they were super busy but in spite of that Jane Wyckoff made me feel like I was the only one there. Recently bought a 2018 RAV4 and the process couldn’t have been easier! Randy Love and staff made our first time buying a car exciting and stress-free. I have been getting my oil changed here for a while. They just raised there price on the oil change. I bring in my own oil and they are charging me synthetic oil change price even Though I bring my own oil. Some how it’s more labor to change your oil with synthetic then it is with conventional oil. Synthetic must weigh more that’s how they get away with charging more for doing the exact same thing.
They just raised the price of there oil change for no reason. They charge you for a synthetic oil change even though I bring in my own oil that is conventional oil. Some how synthetic oil is harder to put in then conventiona.
