I will NEVER do business with them. Took our vehicle there for a recall. Received a call from them saying they noticed that the front ball joints needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I declined because I wanted to take it for a second quote. They said it was UNSAFE TO DRIVE, also printed that on my receipt for the recall. I took it in to Pro Muffler and they said front ball joints are perfectly fine. Is this how they do business, by scaring customers into needless work? Beware and always get a second opinion.
Twice now they messed up my coolant flush and refill. I keep asking for TOYOTA LONG LIFE RED and in my 2003 Pontiac Vibe, which is actually a Toyota Matrix, they poured in green generic coolant. Was told I'd have to pay again if I wanted them to re-do it. No tanks. Today I sent in my son for a coolant flush and fill in my 2008 Pontiac Vibe, he asked for TOYOTA LONG LIFE RED and they dumped in Toyota Super Long life which is girly pink. Service is terrible here. My daughter bought a car here and after 20k miles they told her she needed new tires and was told 20k was normal wear. Are you f!@@#ing kuddubg me? Then tried to sell her new ones for over $700!!you can get the same damn tire at Discount for under 500. Thank you Levalleys for helping her for 500. STAY AWAY!!!!
