RecommendedPurchasing my palisade was a breeze! But I need to give the biggest shout out to Jenn! I was having trouble connecting to my Apple CarPlay and she actually stopped at my house to help me!!! Who does that!! You guys need to give her a promotion because she is awesome!!!!
So very disappointed in Signature - my 83 year old mother has taken her cars to them for years. This week she took her car in with concern about her tires. NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS...says a salesperson to her : WHY WOULD WE WEAR MASKS...THEY DON’T DO ANY GOOD. Why? Do you really think this is all a joke?? If you don’t care whether you get sick is fine with me. You are showing complete disrespect for your customers health and well-being.

We are concerned with your comments because they do not depict our comprehensive policies following CDC recommendations including wearing facemasks when within 6' of one another, desk/work area shields, social distancing, spraying/fogging the entire facility and every vehicle before and after service, disinfecting and screening our entire staff daily. We wanted a certain color car (burgandy) and he found it in IL, drove there with a car that he was going to trade, and drove it back to Signature. I can't tell you what he went through - all the phone calls, etc., before he found our car. He was thorough with all the features of our car and explained it so I could understand it.
