After someone knocked the glass part of my mirror out in the parking I was told it wasn't going to be covered by warranty, I reluctantly ordered the broken part. While ordering I was told there wouldn't be a charge to install as it only took 30 seconds to replace. I waited 45 minutes for this 30 second replacement and they charged me half an hour in labor. They refused to change it and said it was a standard time. I will not be coming back here for non-warranty work and won't be purchasing anymore Toyotas.
I was on a road trip and happened to be in the vicinity of Benton Harbor when my Hyundai's fuel injection pump decided to die. The folks at Signature were extremely nice and helpful and had me back on the road in no time. If my car ever breaks down again I hope it's in Benton Harbor .
Signature has the best sales people, & they treat you with the most respect, & help you with any problems you might have that happen unexpectedly...Speaking for myself, they have helped me in more ways then anything. I have complete trust in them, & my late husband & I have been customers of Signature Toyota for over 20 yrs..
What an awesome car buying experience! The salesperson took the time to ask about my needs rather than trying to push me toward a higher priced vehicle. Definitely would do business there again.
