I can highly recommend this hifi shop. Recently I made a relatively small purchase online from Signals Hifi & everything went well until The Royal Mail delivered my package opened & empty. Signals immediately sent a replacement & I received it within 24 hours. Their customer service is second to none. Friendly manner & a pleasure to deal with. Great communications too. I would definitely buy from this hifi shop again. Thank you Signals:)

I visited with a my friend and we bought a turntable here. The place has such a lovely, captivating atmosphere. A big thank you to Kevin for looking after us. Highly recommended - we left hoping to return again in the future.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very informative hi fi retailer Thanks Andy ! I recently bought my Uniti Atom HE from these guys and a big up to them! They gave me an unbelievable deal for my old gear You will not find a better dealer here in the UK !!

Very friendly chaps as expected. Offered drinks during demos, always happy to talk and explain. The great thing with these Independent Hifi Dealerships is you know that every person working there, is there because they share the same interest and passion. Never at any time did I feel pressured into buying anything or felt rushed. Great advice and guidance on the best products for our needs from knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came round and set the system up. Very happy with the system we purchased. Highly recommended.
