Very friendly chaps as expected. Offered drinks during demos, always happy to talk and explain. The great thing with these Independent Hifi Dealerships is you know that every person working there, is there because they share the same interest and passion. Never at any time did I feel pressured into buying anything or felt rushed. After venturing into the world of hi fi for the first time I made the mistake of purchasing a Naim unity star with Focal aria 926 speakers with chord x cable from a large chain in Norwich but not Richer. As there was no control over the sound which I’d had on cheaper stereos ,I couldn’t get the quality of sound unless boosting the volume then everything sounded better. Superb experience, start to finish, of choosing my ideal, within budget very high quality Turntable Amp CD player and Speakers. Service was faultless, lovely coffee and Biscoffs!
