My new Canon desktop printer was delivered today by Sonja Cowan, and a support technician named Rusty. He set up the printer and took time to show me how to use it. They were both professional, kind, and personable. I had a very positive experience with them. The amount of empty promises and poor delivery on Signa’s end led to 4 days of multiple printers being down. In our line of business, that is critical, leading to loss of production and profit. Don’t believe their “top tier customer service” sales pitch. We were left in the dust…Great service years ago…NOT today.
