The amount of empty promises and poor delivery on Signa’s end led to 4 days of multiple printers being down. In our line of business, that is critical, leading to loss of production and profit. Don’t believe their “top tier customer service” sales pitch. We were left in the dust…Great service years ago…NOT today.

We have worked with Signa for 15 years and recently had to retire our old copier. Signa gave us excellent advice, a great copier for a great price, made the transition simple and smooth and we are thrilled. Highly recommend their services!

Rusty is the best! I was panicking because I couldn't scan and he came out right away within less than 30 minutes to assess the problem and fixed it. I know I can always count on him to come out and help whenever I run into an issue with printers or scanners.
