It all started 5 weeks ago when we wanted to buy a concrete pump. Initially, everything seemed ok. We've negotiated the price and the communication was fast. We wanted to buy the pump from Switzerland and import it to Romania. We were told that the paperwork shouldn't be much because Switzerland has the same taxes and protocols as when importing from the European Union. Wonderful people and Wonderful Service from this well run family business. Bought a crane 5 years which is still running robustly. It was nice to deal and do business with Sigma as they are straight forward and excellent people. I am happy to do business with them again and refer other people to them.
