Bought my 2012 Aspen Trail (used) 3 yrs. ago at the Sunset Sierra RV. Can't remember the sales associates name, but it was a pleasant experience. Only hiccup I've had is when they relocated and their service center was unable to service my RV. They did refer me to TJ Trailers who were awesome as well. If you don't mind waiting longer for service, you can go to Sierra, but if you want faster non-warranty service, then go to TJ Trailers on Pennsylvania Ave. in Ogden. Great staff both on the sales floor and in service. I would recommend Sierra RV to anyone. Shout out to Blair in service, for all the hard work he has done for me in the last few weeks fixing a problem I had with my trailer.
We purchased our toyhauler from Sierra, they were great to work with, very accommodating, with all asspects of the purchase. The salesman knew his stuff, was able to answer all the questions we had. Then their service department, it is a number one in our books. They again treat you very good, like you are the only person around. They are prompt and their service techs are great, they really know their stuff. We haven't been disappointed at all, I would recommend Sierra to anyone.
Sales rep was very knowledgeable and help steer us in the right direction.
