After many hours searching the internet looking for a shorter 5th wheel, we found a couple of 5th wheel trailers we want to look at. We went to Sierra RV on Monday July 3rd thinking it wouldn't be busy. We were told that all the sales people were busy & we needed to wait a minute. We were just looking at trailers and had several things to trade in, was given fair prices for trade one and walked out with an awesome BEAITIFUL trailer. And we wet just looking. In June I contacted Ralph Smith at Camping World RV in Kaysville Utah he was an awesome person to work with he found several trailers sent me pictures to my cell phone had me review them. Good at getting your money and selling trailers. Bad at everything else.
We bought our trailer last year Clair was great he really made sure we were happy in fact we still keep in touch with him. We still go to get all our supplies or parts at sierra thier parts dept is so fun to work with they always take care of us. If your looking for a trailer go check them out if they don't have what your looking for they can find it.. The Rumseys :-)
The service staff are fantastic from your reception staff in the front area to your maintenance staff in the back, who helped me get stuff I forgot out of the rig when it was is the maintenance areas to your front line service staff. I even got help long distance when I was on the road.
