Although frustrating as it can be to have to bring a trailer in for warranty work, I can tell you the service experience has been great! I bought a trailer from them they were good to work with me until I signed the papers then they didn’t want to fix the things that was broken on the trailer I will never go back to that place and I recommend not going there at all

I have had my 2016 5th Wheel. Have not taken back to Sierra RV because of their horrible service. In fact the told me to not bring in my RV for service because I posted a negative comment. I have spread the word for two years that Sierra is NOT the place to purchase an RV. TERRIBLE!
