anybody who buys an rv from them do not buy their USA TIRE PROTECTION, if you want to cancel it and have time left on it you won't get a refund, its not written on the paperwork they say they tell you that when you are signing so you are suppose to remember that a year or 2 or 3 later, total bs way if doing business in my opinion, so beware when they offer it to you..
Poor customer service. Lucky to even get in touch with anyone in service. Dropped 40 grand on a brand new trailer, plus extra for the extended service contract. 3 years later and nothing has been covered. Will not purchase from them again nor reccomend to anyone.
This was the worst experience at buying a trailer. Your customer service is awful and the communication just plain sucks! I never experienced such disrespect and the feeling that I simply didn’t matter. I would NOT recommend this dealership!!!!!
by answering the phone when you call with a problem. I took my new trailer to them, which I purchased off the showroom floor, for slide out problems. I was told to come pick it up. It was not ready. I was called a second time and told it was good to go. I got it home, opened the slide out cleaned the trailer and packed up for a weekend trip and now it won't close.
