I bought a trailer from Sierra a few years ago. The purchase was pretty straight forward, but I’ve recently tried getting my trailer in for service. I’ve been trying for more than a week to talk to someone in service only to get put on hold and eventually sent to voicemail. I’ve left two voicemails and never received a call back. I was intending to stay with one dealership, but the service department has really soured the experience.
Nick Kirkman is a great salesman. He has helped my mom purchase multiple times and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend him!!

Sierra RV has a HUGE selection from big to small. We had been looking for a really small light weight camper with bunks. I immediately sent a txt when I saw a 2018 Jayco Jay Flight slx 174bh come up. Nick (The salesman) was great! I know he sells much bigger/more expensive rigs but he didn't make us feel any less important. He responded to every txt I sent him quickly and helped us every step of the way. They also have great prices! We will definitely be contacting Nick in a couple years when were ready to trade up!
Just purchased a toy hauler from Sierra RV. Our sales guy was Jeff Close. Best salesman we have ever worked with. Great experience.
I took My RV in for a generator service and brought it home to find all the oil leaked all over the driveway. Brought it back and they said the full plug was loose. Stated they tightened it and filled the oil. Brought it home and again had oil all over. Took it to Darren Bideaux and they said the the Copper washer wasn’t present. They replaced the washer and no Leaks since. Bideaux RV all the way for me.
The absolute worst customer service and accountability I have EVER experienced... they have had our BRAND NEW trailer for 3 of the 9 months we've owned it and we can never get ahold of anyone that has any solutions. DO NOT BUY FROM SIERRA RV
