I’d like my brand new trailer back! Bought (brand new)in May of 2020, couldn’t get in for service to fix factory defects until September 30, 2020! And it’s still sitting in line with no end in sight of getting it back. Actually worse than Camping World. We trusted you. Beyond disappointed.

Purchased a used camper. Brandon and Nick went the extra mile to make it a smooth purchase. They where honest and helpful from the start. Set the camper up when we arrived and did a complete walk through. Very impressed with the professional and personal respect these salesman gave us. I highly recommend buying from Sierra. There doc fee is more then anyone else they tried charging me 70 dollars more to refuse truck slide in camper and it’s on 10 they tried charging 86 well u call them out about stuff they get mad and hang up on you.
We traded in our 5th wheel for a toy hauler. Took it out for our first trip and the roof leaked among other issues. its been back 2 times for repairs but the roof still leaks and they will not call me back with answers or a solution!!
They cheated my dad. One minute its one price, with paperwork drawn up and everything ready to go. The next minute its $2400 higher. Paperwork nowhere to be found. I would not buy from them. they will cheat you too.
We bought a trailer from Sierra Rv 4 months ago. The salesman was very helpful and went out of our way to make sure we were happy. I needed to take our trailer back in because something was not working right. The customer service department is crap!!! You never get the same answer when you call to check on your RV. They make you feel like a number and that you are wasting their time. I would never recommend Sierra RV to anyone. Hopefully I can get my trailer back sooner then 1 1/2 months😡
