Jim and Ken have been awesome to work with. 3 of our 4 RVs were purchased here and the service is beyond wonderful.
We worked with Jim Mahar and he was, simply put, fantastic! We walked in to look at used campers. Found one we really liked, but was too far out of our price range. He worked and work to get the price where we needed. Jim got us a great deal on a VERY nice camper! He made us feel more welcome than I have ever felt with a sales group. Plus we were from out of state and needed to get home to our baby ASAP and he got us in and out in less than 2 hours knowing we had a priority to attend to. Dirty business practices. Took advantage of us when my wife fell very ill and needed to go to the ER. They knew she had cancer because they had a sale going on to support cancer research. Were simply talking numbers, no deal on our part. Knowing that I had to leave they snuck in a promissory note disguised as something else which now committed us to buy the trailer. Who the hell takes advantage of our situation and does this? These guys suck and I would never recommend this crooked dirty business to anyone. Go somewhere else... read more

Sierra RV is definately an unethical business. They will drag a small customer through the mud. A big business that will shake down someone through legal action to take money from a small young family. In my case I never took a trailer off the lot, I didn't decide on a trailer, and to see if they could get financing they asked us a dollar amount as a possibility on a down payment. unaware that we alwere actually giving them money.
