EVERYONE I KNOW AND TALK TO THAT HAVE DEALT WITH SIERRA RV ...... THINK THEY ARE CROOKS AND SUCK ....... WHY WOULD YOU BUY A TRAILER THAT COSTS 70,000.00 THAT YOU MIGHT USE 8 TIMES A YEAR, ON TOP OF THAT PAY GAS TO PULL IT AND PARK FEES ? IF YOU USED IT FOR TEN YEARS AT 8 TIMES PER YEAR THAT'S A MINIMUM OF $875.00 PER USE ..... I CAN FLY A LOT OF PLACES AND HAVE SOME KILLER DINNERS AND OUTINGS FOR THAT KIND OF SMACK ..........
Bought a brand new voltage 39.5 toy hauler in 2014 from sierra rv. Paid around $67000 for it. Went in today to talk about trade in and down sizing. They said the trade in value was $22000. How do you sleep at night? Unbelievable that there is a $40000 depreciation in four years. Also our trailer is in perfect cond. How can you feel good about ripping off someone like that? Explain that to me. Im waiting!!!!!
They are horrible! From Horrible service to crappy products. You would think you spend 80 thousand dollars on something and buy a warranty they would fix something! Nope nothing, they always have some excuse has to why it is not covered. Biggest expensive mistake we have ever made. We are selling our Rv and taking the loss! Think twice before you buy
What a bunch of crooks. They tell you one price on the phone to get you down there then try to stick it to you. My trailer books at $22000 they tried to tell me that it's only worth $12500. They lost a customer for life. Trying to screw people over a lot of money
Amazing place. Heard a few negative things but it don't mean anything without proof. And proof is, they got what I need. And I'm extremely happy with that.
First of all the finance guys totally jacked up my paperwork. My name was wrong as was my contact info. The finance guys also added the UV paint protection package to my camper which I didn't want and tried to get me to pay for it, $2600!! So my camper has really nice paint protection now..for free! I won't be back to Sierra. Bad taste.
Bought used Diesel motorhome. Broke 3 miles from their lot they refused to help and treated us poor will never be back
