They do not stand behind there work. Sold me there Trident coating, RV started to oxidation,they would not repair the problem,told me the product was working fine,,bull shit,,,,, Had a detailer clean up there mess,,,he had been doing his job for 20 years,,said they never applied the Trident product and I was screwed,,,never will go there again,,,in fact this is not over,,,very untrustworthy Sierra is. DO NOT SHOP THERE
They have a staff that has no clue they sale me a trailer and they dont know how half the stuff works in it and now the water heater dont work right there answer is sorry but were working with the manufacture to try and find a fix well i can guartee i will never do business with this place again
We went in looking for a 5th wheel to fit our every need. And not only did that happen but we worked with the most incredible sales guy. Jeff Layne, he was all about helping us and making sure we were happy and taken care of. We have had a great experience with sierra Rv and definitely reccomend friends and family to go see jeff!!!
We bought our first fifth wheel at Sierra RV and had a great experience. Thanks to Gary and all the people involved. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law bought a camper from you as well.
