Pretty good service, and sales. Sales guy Nick was fun the work with and helped me stay in my price range. Service guys worked fairly quick on repairing the landing gear motor. Friendly staff. Would go through them again to purchase another trailer.
We bought our new trailer in 2014. Turns out that they switched out the trailer that we picked out for one that had been used at trailer shows. We paid way too much for it, the service department was slow and not very courteous. When I ask for advice about adding a tv I was told how much they would charge me to do it but no one would tell me how to do it myself. This year we traded that trailer in for a great trailer at a great price at Camping World in Kaysville.
My husband and I bought a fifth wheel from Sierra RV, we had just bought our truck. When you gave us the walk around the gentleman taught us things about our truck we didn't know. It was awesome, we also didn't know if we had the wiring so we paid for the wiring and we had it, Sierra RV refunded it right away. Thank you Sierra RV
Blair in the service is awesome! He has always went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Customer for life.
The whole experience was great. We ended up getting what we wanted, so that will improve our camping trips for years to come...a big thank you to the whole Sierra Team!
