My wife and I looked at our trailer at the RV SHOW, and fell in love with the trailer. We got it this past Friday March 3rd. We had to wait for the financing to get taken care of. Our salesman Bob was the bomb. Can't wait to take it out in a couple of weeks. We have taken our trailer on four trips since we bought our trailer in March. Still have nothing but good thought for Sierra RV. Thanks again for the day we bought our trailer. Making memories on each trip!!!!!
SERVICE WAS GREAT! Today 1/18/2017, I took my 1995 - 37 Foot Newmar Dutch Star Motorhome into Sierra's new facility and asked them to check out the reason the leveling jacks were not working properly (they would not drop down). I was actually available to wait (about 1.5 hours) while they: Found the problem(s), Fixed the two problems, Provided two new bolts, Told me a couple of things I did not know about the system, and Charged me just slightly more than the minimum cost of a diagnosis. I had my Fifth wheel in for extended warranty work for 4 weeks. Each week I was updated with status on claim and parts ordering. Had the best follow up from any RV service department. Great � Job
The buying process went alright, minor complaints nothing I'm too upset about, but when i took my 2016 trailer in to be repaired because my fridge went out, they completely dropped the ball, not only did it take way longer than they said but there was very little communication about what was was going on, i had to call every time even when they said they were goin to call me.
