After purchasing a new trailer from Sierra, we got it home and we're getting ready to use it for the weekend. It was 5 o'clock on a Friday night and the lift wouldn't raise. I called the dealership, they then called a technician (Paul) who came out that night and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Ken (sales manager) also showed up to help out Paul. Sierra went above and beyond. Great trailer and great service!
You guys have the worst customer service.. a horrible service department.. and I will never buy another trailer from you.. and I will never refer anyone to your company. Worst experience ever! And it's ongoing since you can't seem to fix anything right the 1st 2nd or 3rd time.
I cannot believe how great our experience here just was. We had a problem with our RV but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in and get us out very quickly. Plus, the customer service was AMAZING. Best RV dealership and service center we have ever been to.
All around pretty good experience with the trailer we bought. It was a used trailer and our first. I do wish I could have received the spare tire I was told I could probably get but other then that were pretty happy.
Nathan and I decided to trade our 2011 Kodak for a new and larger bathroom . Sierra RV are the best not pushing you into something you want . Gave us what we needed for our trade in to make a great deal . Thanks Sierra RV !!
Most amazing rv dealership! Me and my husband are from Louisiana up here traveling for work and just thought we would try to get a newer rv. We tried for almost two weeks to get our own finance company to work with us and although we couldn't get the rv we wanted everyone was so polite! Not pushy at all and they stuck with us and tried every option possible to help us out. They were more worried about getting us in something we would love and could afford rather than trying to make a sale. Truly an amazing place!!
