I would highly recommend Sierra Rv to anyone interested in buying a trailer. Art and Kelton, were awesome salesmen. As a woman shopping alone, I was in the area to a teacher conference and I stopped by. Wow am I glad I did. They showed me exactly what Russell and I had been looking for. Mike in finance was very helpful as well as John when we picked it up. Thanks everyone for the great experience today :)
I can't say enough good about Sierra RV. We worked with Jeff Close and LOVED him. He genuinely cared about our needs and budget and helped us find the perfect trailer. He was so great to work with. We appreciate all the work they put into making our trailer clean, working and ready to go! We have used it multiple times and have had zero problems. They are a very trustworthy company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
How come the mechanics don't have decent uniforms? Costumer service but that great.
Wow! We are so very happy with the timley manner in which your tech John Wolfe found and fixed a problem with our electronic leveling system, a leak in the gas regulator and a recall for our winshield wipers. We have had our problem with the levelers for over a year and had previously taken it three times to the dealer that we bought the RV from without the problem being resolved.
