Our room was extremely disappointing. The mattress and sheets were damp. The mattress felt like it had not been changed in decades. There was no TV in the room and we were expected to use a shared shower and toilet that would not have been out of place in an 18th century asylum. We decided not to stay and returned to the front desk for a refund. The receptionist was clearly used to complaints and had a ready made scripted response that was effectively tough luck. What a beautiful calming place with such a lovely atmosphere and wonderful caring staff. All in all absolutely fantastic.
