I took my Lariat F-150 to Shults Ford Harmarville for its yearly inspection. The service was fast, friendly, and polite. The dealership is brand new, extremely clean, and roomy. I was in and out in no-time and they washed my truck!
Said they could gimme a deal I wanted from a competitor then insulted me on a trade went to another dealer got 5,000 more for my trade than they offered me
I love my new trade in from a GMC. Danny, Jason and Nikki were all AMAZING. Taking hours out of their day to help. Jason spending all day with me filling out forms. Danny finding the right car/numbers. Just a great experience!
One star for selling me a broken car. Way to make my first car purchase a shitty one ! Can't wait to go and buy a CHEVY.

Before I went to Shults Ford, I was at Baierl Kia, who I have dealt with in the past with no problems. This time at Baierl, I got up and walked out due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the manager and the salesman. Shultz Ford was a completely different experience. Total respect, courtesy, and family like atmosphere is what you experience here! The buying process was simple and I love my new Ford Escape! These guys are fair and work hard to get you into the vehicle you want. I will recommend them to everyone!
I had my 2012 Mustang serviced at Shults Ford this week. The service manager was polite and professional. The work was satisfactorily completed and my car was returned to me well within the time frame given to me when it was dropped off. Other businesses could take a lesson on customer relations from the staff at Shults!
Waiting room is better atmosphere and the best people in service department. Thank you your kindness and maintenance service to my car. ���
