What an incredible experience! I can't say enough about Bill Shultz, what a great salesperson and a nice guy to boot! Will recommend anybody and everybody to go buy a car from them. They make it easy fast and no pressure!
Can't say enough about my 2011 F-150. My salesman "Bill "was terrific, no pressure and just all around sweetheart. Scott F. is awesome and a true gentleman. Great people all around from salesperson, service, office personal and a great atmosphere. Bought a used truck from Lance the salesman, no pressure great to work with. Service department treated me great no questions asked. Thank you to everyone.
If I ever had a dispute with Shultz they've always going out of their way to try to solve the problem... Kelly does somersaults to try to help you and connect with the right people to help solve the problem ... It might take a while but she has always gone 200% to try to make me happy... I miss my salesman Bill Kress & also the best service manager Carl.. Both always went 200% out of their way to make things right... Not sure what I would do if Kelly ever left... I recently did a True Car for a new Ford truck, once I contacted Bill Shultz we discussed the price and my trade, he gave me a verbal quote based on another dealers offer. Went to the dealership the next day at 10:00 drove home with the new truck by 1:00. Saved a substantial amount from what other dealers offered. One of my best car buying experiences in 40 years of buying Ford's.
