Can't say enough good about our recent experience. Now a day people don't have time to spend hours at the dealership. Bill was able to quickly respond to the credit app, figure out what we were looking for, secure financing, come up with a suitable vehicle and offer etc before we stepped foot on the property. Literally came to sign and go since we were able to get the details ironed out prior. Being a retail manager myself it is nice to see someone else providing the excellent customer service for once!!!
While the service was great and the gentleman was helpful and got my issue resolved in a quick matter, I was disappointed in the follow-up and communication. When I called I explicitly asked for a loaner as I live about 15 miles away. I was told this would cost 30 bucks a day even though it was a warranty repair. I tried to argue when making the appointment but they would not budge. I asked about it again when I brought the car up but they wouldn't budge. I get treated very good when I go to Schultz Ford. All the employees are pleasant and everyone says hello when they are walking past you and offering if they can help you.

I have found Shults Ford people to be courteous and helpful. During a recent service visit I was advised that I needed new tires. This bothered me since OEM tires are not warranted, and the cost was to be about $1000. I had 23K miles on 60K miles tires. I asked the service agent to call the manufacturer, to address compensation. He called and the manufacturer authorized 50% off. Good customer service
