My husband and I have a 2006 Mountaineer. Earlier this year we had multiple issues with it. We were given great friendly service. The mechanics were always up front with us. They gave suggestions, stood behind their work and gained a customer.

I bought my 2004 expedition there brand new have almost 300 k miles and wouldn't trade it for and Chevy! Oh and never any major repairs either

That place sucks...over priced, unskilled technicians,told them to call me if my brake job went over $500 and came back from vacation they wanted $1500 and charged for new parts when they were remanufactured...total rip off...beware.....
