I purchased a car from them last year and it passed there 175 point inspection and went to get it inspected this year and the bumper was rusted out all the way and my lower control arms were bad also but they said that the warranty had expired before I bought the car and there was nothing that they could do and wanted to charge me a lot of money to fix it

They’ve had my husbands F250 truck in the body shop for over 5 months. Have not been able to find the part. (Neither has Ford Motors)! We bought the truck and extended warranty 2 years ago from Shultz Harmar and they won’t give my husband a loaner. They said they haven’t had a loaner available ( for over 5 months)? Yet the boast they have the largest inventory of trucks in the area. My husband needs a truck for the work he does. This situation has caused great stress on my husband and is affecting his health!
These guys were great ! The best experience I've ever had buying a new car anywhere . I talked to Bobby over the phone. Worked out a deal to my liking . He even did me one , or two better . Sat down with Jim to get the paperwork done , and YEE HAA ! I drove away with my New Escape in two hours . I recommend to anyone wanting to buy a New car to check these guts out ! Hello, I want to start off by saying Scott was wonderful I never thought I would get a car in 3 hours paperwork car and everything and I was out the door in 3 quick hours! It would have been sooner but there was an issue with the battery that they had no problem replacing! So I never thought I would get out of a horrible contract I was in but they helped me do it!
