Great Steak House First let me say that I am not a big steak fan. Most steakhouses I go to, I will not even order a steak. Shula's is one of the exceptions. The Kansas City steak is simply amazing. I have never had a better steak in my life. The atmosphere is laid back and very nice. The only downside is the price. Plan on dropping $100 or more for a dinner for two. But it is worth it.
Made reservations a month ahead. Was really looking forward to having a Steak being it is a steak house. The menu super limited. With no steak offered! No chicken. My friend asked to order the chicken off kids menu because they did not offer it for adults. Said it was not allowed! Then I suggest you get some chicken on the adult menu. Stated they were expecting a high volume of customers. So limited menu. Literally 5 items offered. Staff had no idea what the other staff is doing. NEVER again. RecommendedJust stopped in for cocktails..it was very quiet, which was good, for me. Prompt service, tasty beverages.
Absolutely awful. Tried two different times thinking maybe they had an “off night”. Nope, worst service I think I ever experienced. We walked out after waiting for a server that never appeared and they weren’t even busy. Now I know why.
We have been going to this restaurant each December since 2013. Last night will be our last visit. The service was horrible. My husband had to send his salad back twice so they could get it right, we never received bread, the waiter filled my water glass 1/2 full and ran out of water. He never came back to continue filling it. We waited an hour for our food. 2 people got their sides, 2 of us did not. They came out later after the meat. One of the sides was wrong. Food was really good, service left so much to be desired. No cappuccino, WTF? Not at all busy which should allow for more attention from a server but not to be found. The service got worse. I will NEVER return
Best filet, wine & atmosphere. Great service too!
the service was top notch my server lori was excellent and the food was awesome I'm definitely going back again
