I would not recommend this hospital. I had to wait for nearly two hours for my appointment with Dr. Ravi Teja, only to be informed later that the doctor was in the OT and it would take even more time to attend to patients. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment and leave. I kindly request Dr. Ravi Teja and the hospital staff to value patients’ time and improve appointment management to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
My experience here was very disappointing. I had to wait 2–3 hours during each visit while doctors casually chatted with colleagues instead of attending to patients. The hospital did not even have the proper equipment for my issue, yet they charged me ₹15,000 for blood tests and other procedures that did not help. The lack of professionalism, long waiting times, and unnecessary charges made the entire experience frustrating. Patients deserve better care and transparency.
