My boyfriend and I arrived at showboat on friday 11/17. When we arrived we were a bit skeptical because the hotel seemed a bit deserted. As we approached the front desk we recieved a warm welcome by Julixxa. We disclosed our concerns to her. Her customer service was excellent, showboat did a great job in placing her in her position. She reassured us that we will be very satified with our stay, and we surley were. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing i can say that was good was the cleanliness of the room. My girlfriend and I went downstairs to the bar in the lobby and sat for 10 minutes and were never served a drink! Will never stay here again!
I love this hotel and the theme. The Mardi Gras theme is always awesome. The employees are great. I love being there.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Showboat, the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The fact that we can now sit on the balcony didn't go unnoticed but then neither did the eerie feeling of what used to be.
