Nice hotel, clean rooms, courteous staff just wish they had more to do in the hotel itself
Me and my girls went there for a girl’s night that we do every month at the showboat and we had the best experiences! Excellent staff , amazing food & great rooms. Definitely some where I would recommend to others .
Stayed at this facility 1/14/18. The hotel is a ghost town. No casino, restaurants are mediocre and rooms are old, it’s a no frills hotel. Valet parking cost 15.00 per night, no staff to assist with luggage. Rooms leave a lot to be desired. Towels, sheets aren’t of good quality. The only reason I gave two stars; the staff was very professional and helpful. Check was fast and efficient.
If I could give it a -5 I would. The hotel is very old and creepy totally outdated. There were no restaurants on site just room service which was an absolute disaster. First time here would never go back the one good things about this place is the valet parking. The guys were super nice otherwise would not recommend it.
Clean and the price was right. 12 bar had god food and cold beer
Unfortunately we stayed there this weekend for the Spirit Cheer competitions 1/12 1/13 1/14. The hotels has absolutely NOTHING to do! It was so sad that our girls had to eat dinner at the Bar because they would not allow us to leave the BAR with food. Although Showboat has a place they could have opened up for families to eat they chose not to open up the room for selfish reasons.
