We first visited the Shores of Panama 5 years ago and during that trip we had a wonderful time so we were very excited to go again. We just returned from our 7 day stay and we will absolutely NEVER come back. The parking was an absolute nightmare and even had to PAY to park offsite one night and walk well over a mile back to the condo(why pay for a parking pass if you have to pay to park offsite and walk). THIEVES!! This company has taken $500 out of my account, litteraly within minutes of completing a call to book a condo. 2 weeks later and I STILL have not received any confirmation of my reservation. Due to lack of communication, I had an overall uneasy feeling about it and have attempted to cancel, but I only get shuffled around to voicemails without receiving any return calls. Spacious rooms right on the beachfront. Great views. Bars and food in walking distance.
The best time ever! Definitely recommend for senior trip and trips with friends!!!
We checked into UNIT 606 yesterday and can truly say this has been the worst condo experience we have ever had. The pool is over crowded and dirty. All chairs are 1st come 1st serve which is fair. However it's not fair for people to wake up and claim 8 chairs at 8am then never use the pool at all. There should be some sort of check in policy on this or just a better system in general. The elevators are extremely slow and parking is junk. However those issues dont compare to what we are experiencing in our condo itself. See b... read more

Even when you’re given answers in writing, they do not honor their word. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
