4 out of 6 elevators on the property have been down for the entire week we’ve been here. Front desk is very rude and are not here to help. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Awful experience. DONT CALL THE Managemrnt company to book your stay. Call an owner! The management company reports to an investor that doesn’t give a crap about your stay. Please check their Yelp reviews before booking. I sure with I had.
6 elevators for 23 floors... you will spend most of your time Waiting to go somewhere. No carts for loading and unloading. The parking garage is a death trap! I will NEVER stay here again and would recommend you run like Hell Away from it!
Waited at least 15 minutes to 30 for the Elevator not enough towels we had 3 towels for 8 people and 2 wash rags and told us we couldn’t have more to wash the ones we had. No blankets, couch had mildew all over it also the let out couch was very uncomfortable we had to go buy a egg crate and blanket on it to even sleep on... the AIR didn’t work correctly it was so hot in our room. They Elevators was the worst of the whole trip.

The photos on the internet are very deceiving. In reality, the resort was very outdated, the doors were rusting, the carpet is filthy & wore out, holes in the walls were simply covered with pictures that looked very out of place. I found a half empty beer can & water bottle under the edge of the bed in the master suite. When inspecting the beds for bugs, I found no signs of bed bugs but did find that none of the beds had mattress protectors, the mattresses & pillows were stained terribly, and the box springs were so old that... read more
The most disgusting place I have ever stayed in all my life! For the price you pay for this place it is NOT worth it! The people at the front desk are not helpful. There were hairs on our toilet and mold in the floor. The front desk even refused to clean it even during COVID!
10th year here. love this place. The people leaving negative comments are for that room, we always stay on lower floors and never worry about the elevators. Find a room that has designated parking, and lower floors and you'll be good.
