Our room was not worth $3,000; we were allowed to check into our room after the 4:00pm promised time. We placed our drinks and things we had for the week into the refrigerator, too find out later in the day it doesn’t work. Then I gave my 5 year old a bath to only find out it would be a cold one bc hot water heater doesn’t work. Our carpet and furniture in our room was absolutely disgusting! Broken elevators (yes multiple), broken door (won't stay shut so we can't leave our stuff), rude staff (except maintenance, he was nice), noisy not-kid friendly atmosphere, crowded, HORRIBLE parking deck, the list goes on. The only positive is the view, and that is marred by the fact that the balcony faces the rest of the hotel as much as the ocean.
First time to stay here and won't ever return to this resort. front desk staff was horrible and incredibly rude. We arrived in Florida at 2pm. Tried to check in at 4 and was told the unit would not be ready till 7. We basically paid to sleep. We have no where to change into our swim suits and can't unpack our belongings. This was one of the worse places I have stayed in. I would recommend another location.
Just left yesterday, and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. First, check in starts at 4 but the room is not guaranteed until 7pm. I get that. No worries. My family and I got there around 5. We were assigned a parking spot (more about parking in a minute) and told that only 1 person qas allowed on the lobby. Covid...i get it. Fiance goes to park, I go in the lobby and wait my turn. After driving almost 10 hours the room isn’t ready (could be ready between 4-7pm), 4 elevators for 22 floors, one broken and the others overcrowded. Needless to say we will never come back. Why even offer the option to check in at 4:00 if there is a chance that check in would be at 7:00? How about call me before I show up and let me know?? Now after driving all this way we have to wait up to 3 hours to even get the room.

The condo owners and the condo association need to have a real heart-to-heart. Possibly the worst elevator system I have ever seen in any hotel or building in all of my life. The elevator problem is obviously not new based on Past reviews. I don't understand why they would let it get to this point . The maintenance in this place really needs some attention. So many things were wrong! Told us to park on any available yellow spots, then we're told our (Cindy's) car would be towed away if not moved. She had to park over 1/2 mile away. Living room ceiling fan didn't work, maintenance man never came. Carpet nails were sticking up and had a guy hammer them down. Hair dryer broke first time we tried to use it. Elevators barley ever worked, having to climb 15 floors to a room is ridiculous. Parking is terrible they tell you that your parking space is your room number good luck finding the spot. We were charged 50 dollars for parking and one night there were no parking spaces available. Only good thing about this place is the actual rooms itself is nice.
