Worse place we have ever stayed parking sucks especially for trucks elevators doesn’t work half the time the absolute worse place we have ever been

🚫⚠️DO NOT BOOK HERE PARENTS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.....!!!Well I’m glad I won’t be the first person to leave a bad review but I am staying here now with my family and we have 4 small toddlers. Elevator had been down everyday we been here. And when it is working there is atleast 12-15 people in it piled up. Which is not safe especially in the pandemic we are in. We are on 14th floor and we had to walk up with carrying out kids and beach toys and coolers. It’s not safe and such a inconvenience.. There is no room service... read more
I really enjoyed our condo m the views and location but the elavators was another whole story! Half didn’t work and u had to wait forever to get on! They need to work on this issue! Everyone was complaining about this
I would not recommend staying at this resort to my worst enemy. The elevators are absolutely horrible. 6 elevators for the entire resort spread out across the complex’s and the most that have actually been working at once is 4. They usually only have 2-3 working at once anyways. Absolute nightmare trying to get anywhere.

Don't make a lot of noise on your balcony at night or security will shine a flashlight on you and come beating on your door.
People put towels on chairs at 8am to reserve their chairs. Lots of empty chairs and yet people can't sit. Security said to move their stuff nicely. We did that and got yelled and cussed at. Security was no where to be found. I watched a young woman cuss old couple out for using the chair that her towel had been saving that hadn't been used all day. Too many people, slow elevators. Rude employee's. No wifi in room. Broken coffee pot. Impossible to get any help on the phone. Not enough blankets. 2 bedroom with 1 parking spot.... read more
Worst stay EVER ! I contacted the resort before I booked to make sure my daughter’s service dog would be welcome again I contacted the resort BEFORE I BOOKED & I was told the SD would not be an issue. At arrival we didn’t even make it through the RUDE parking security before they tried to tell me my daughter’s SD was not welcome. I let them know that I called before hand & I was told the SD wouldn’t be an issue. I parked & proceeded to check in which took over an hour & was told our service dog could not stay.
