Parking deck was horrible took 45 minutes to leave constantly congested, rooms were so so . Elevators were horrible lines at all three of them.Could not leave balcony sliding glass open because of the constant smell of pot smoke non stop. Bottom line if you are young and like to party and be loud all night this is your place. Everyone i ran into was complaining about the place you have been warned.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Worst experience I have ever been apart of. They DO NOT care about their customers. Their rooms are worst than the cheapest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. For $1500, it was the biggest mistake of my life. Read the Better Business Bureau website. It’s an F!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Awesome place to stay! Clean very good security! Best pool in PCF! Our only complaint is the elevators take forever..... but we continue to go here! We love it!!!

Worse experience ever!!!!! On 22nd floor, elevators are BROKE, NO AIR! Room is 78 degrees! Hotter than outside! Employees don’t speak English so YOU CANT GET ANY HELP ! TOLIET IS LEAKING AND HAVE USED ALL OUR BEACH TOWELS TO SOAK IT UP. They won’t fix it or give us anymore towels. Said we could wash them! I’m not paying to wash ANY towels that I didnt even dirty up!!!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. They need a NEW MANAGER BECAUSE OMAR IS NOT DOING HIS JOB!!!!!!!
