For starters, the elevators are a joke. Only one was working during our stay. Second, our condo, 1408, was gross. All of the sheets were stained and the comforters needed to be replaced a while ago. Other than that, the resort was nice.
Workers there don’t care about guest one lady behind counter was asleep and would wake up to help anyone e another one came around the counter to fight a guest they really don’t care of guests there
The elevators are always full or broken!! The stairs are hot and miserable. We will NOT be back and we used to come every year and it’s always the same I just can’t take the stairs any more.
DO NOT stay here! It’s was not clean, elevators are always broken! No hot water! Lights didn’t work in the room! No linens... acted like they was mad when we asked for some! Rude desk lady and parking staff! I totally wouldn’t stay here again! Parking deck is a joke! It’s crazy!
Elevator are terrible. I might stay here again if I’m on the first 3 levels.
Decided to try a new place on this years trip and was highly disappointed. Upon arrival, staff was unfriendly and not helpful with explaining details of checking in. Our specific condo did not come with an assigned parking spot and they quickly gave us a paper with parking available 1/2 mile down the road and no other explanation. After finally arranging parking and getting unloaded we head to our room to find a hug line at the elevators. 2 are broken so lines are very long. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!! People yelling all night off balconies. Told check in was 4:00pm and took till 7:00pm to get checked in. Didn’t make it to room till 8:30pm due to long waits for elevators. People running around all hours through the night knocking on doors. Fire alarm was pulled in the middle of night so we had to evacuate and stand in the street until building was checked by fire department. We recently stayed at the Shores of Panama. I read the reviews actually after booking (my mistake) I called the company I booked with and actually tried to change locations and they literally laughed when I said we were on the 23rd floor. I could not cancel so we said let's make the most of it. We came in with low expectations. The room was great and being high kept the crazy noise down.
