I’ve not even stayed one night and I have to say BELIEVE the negative comments about this place! Just.dont.do.it. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! From the hidden fees of $250 on Expedia, to them not working with Expedia to help in any way, to the room stinking, the elevator hardly moving, to the parking garage being so small, to hauling luggage and having to walk up 20 flights of stairs, I would have been happier in a cardboard box. This was our 4th year at the Shores. We absolutely love it and will continue to come back! When we checked in with the employee up front to get our bands and parking pass, I wish I could remember his name. Absolute sweet man and was very helpful! Thank you for another great year! #2k18
This condo is beautiful and has a nice pool but that is the ONLY good thing I can say about the place. The parking garage is a nightmare, it is far too compact to be able to get in and out of it. The elevator situation is even worse than the parking garage. It took 45 minutes to get on the elevator that had NO ventilation in it. And it was so scarce on being able to get on it people would pack in them like sardines because you didn’t know when the next one would stop for you. DO NOT STAY HERE. Parking is a nightmare and was not given the condo we paid for. Got absolutely no help from management. They will rip you off.
Too expensive to have a futon for a couch
Would not recommend, booked 2 months in advance for ground floor because of their incredible slow elevators and got there only to be told our room was under maintenance. Put us on 2nd floor room that was a dump, sofas sleeper unsleepable and only 1 full bath and we paid for room with 2 full baths.
The parking garage is a joke and then if you get parked you have to deal with the elevators. The elevator could take you 30 minutes to get on and to your floor. Multiple times it has taken us 40 plus minutes to get parked and to our room. Ruins the whole place
We stayed here last June. It has the best pool on the beach, but the beach is public and people are packed on it like sardines.
