Parking is a joke. Check was confusing. Condo looks nothing like the pics. Very small
Everything we expected and more. We had a very nice time.
They were more then accommodating for our early check! When I went to have a few extra room keys made, the young lady at th front desk asked how our stay was going during the key making process and I let her know how beautiful everything was and that also we were having trouble making coffee. She knocked o our door 20 minutes later with a brand new coffee pot! This is our 2nd year here and will definitely be coming back!
Awesome hotel. Awesome pool right on the beach. Some minor problems that I can forgive, but the biggest problem is we paid $400 for one night and it didn't include access to the pool or parking. That was an extra $25 for the group. That's not a lot more money, but it's the principle of being nickeled and dimed for more money. A great place to stay - just know what you're paying for up front.
We had an amazing stay! The pool is awesome! We never really had a problem with the elevator. I think people should pack their patience when you travel during peak seasons, of course the elevator is gonna be slower when the place is full, there is 23 floors, 31 condos per floor! The parking garage is tight, just look for other cars coming up or going down and you'll be just fine. We will definitely be back!
