The rooms were great, we had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Biggest complaints are #1) the elevators-they took forever, they were always full, and they had no air conditioning. #2) the parking garage is a joke- they didn't make enough room for 2 cars to go around turns so you always had to wait. Other than those 2 problems we had a great time with beautiful rooms, views, and the pool was huge which was nice because it was a packed out place.
Elevator issue is really bad there. They should put a couple more sets in with the amount of people who stay there! Also the beach chair rental is a bit of a joke. We had to walk a long ways down to put an easy up for the kids and three quarters of the beach chairs stayed empty! I would like to see the easy up area be a bit larger for the families to enjoy!

The pool was nice. But I've never stayed at a place where I've had to wash our own towels. House keeping never came once while we were here. The family we were here with had to go out and purchase toilet paper and garbage bags for our stay. For the price that was paid this shouldn't have ever happened. And the parking and elevators are crap here.

The place is nice with enough parking. Condos are nice, large and modern. I only went good because the elevator wait was terrible and the lack of info. They need TV guides, basic instructions and local info in the condo. While I would go again because the facilities for teen and preteen kids I would be sure it was not a holiday week. Also know at night this is a cruising area so getting out of the condo in your car is not a good idea.
