We stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. Something has definitely happened in management. Please do your family a favor and never stay here! It's dirty, so many broken items in our condo too mention. How can during peak season the ice maker not work?! We went through vrbo and contacted an individual owner so I thought we were safe. It's so loud at night I felt like I was a sandals resort. Yuck!
Elevator wait time is ridiculous. They were broken and people were stuck on the elevator several times during our week stay. It is sad when I pass employees taking several bags of linings down the stairs 10 floors because the elevator did not work. The parking situation is also out of control. If someone happens to park in your one spot assigned to your condo, absolutely nothing was done about it. They ONLY positive about this place is the location and the pool. Awesome
The worse condo I have ever rented in my life! Chocolate on the floor, sand in the beds water bottles on the floor. Front desk workers are unprofessional and clueless on how to do pretty much anything! Gave us a new room and the keys did not work to the new room tried to call them to let them know nobody would answer the phone. After we walked from the last room on the end from the 10th floor we go downstairs to find them standing around talking to each other. Great view of gulf beach clean condos balcony view of beach and pool parking garage that leads into units full baths in every bedroom convenient location to walmart and other shopping centers restaurants within walking distance. This is our fourth stay traveling with the little league World Series baseball teams and each year our condo amenities improve from previous stays.
I was a little scared when reading the reviews, however I would recommend staying here. Location was great. Our room was very nice! Clean and updated. I found the staff helpful and all the security I met went out of their way to say hello. The people I saw in trouble were ones underage drinking or carrying on. My only complaint is the parking garage, need a few more unreserved places for units that have more than one car. Other than that I thought the hotel itself was very nice.
