A group of kids went on senior trip! They took advantage of our teenagers cause they knew they could! Didn't let them leave and take the bus home until it was paid.. Was charged $135 fee at the end of visit for a little bit of spilled milk in fridge!! No damage ! Just needed a little towel! We even offered to go clean it up .. Nope..I will be calling corporate!
This place is a joke!! So unprofessional, and likes to rip off people. Rooms were already dirty when we showed up, left it in better shape when we left, and still got charged for a cleaning fee. Complete bullshit! This place is losing service from many people.
My first experience at the Shores of Panama was terrible. I don't recommend this stay to anyone.. staff is very rude, takes atleast 30 minutes just to catch an elevator, suppose to be free wifi but it doesn't work, And HIDDEN FEES. The only thing this place cares about is getting your money!!
Will never come back!!!! Parking is awful. Elevators are a 30 min wait. Staff are very rude. It's party central with people chanting and yelling off of the balcony. Kitchen was NOT fully equipped as described. Not one tv worked in our condo. The internet doesn't work. Refrigerator will not stay closed. The stairs/elevator smelled of urine. You had to pay extra to use their pool. We paid lots of money to stay here and it wasn't worth the price!
The room was fantastic but the security guards at the pool randomly enforce rules. No vaping because they say from the top floors it's looks like smoking they have a designated smoking area that is 5 by 8 back behind the bar. No flotation devices in the pool. Not even for little kids. Three members of the security team held a conference trying to side whether coolers were allowed or not. Got stuck on elevator and rescued by fire dept ! All after no parking after 30 minute search!
This place used to be fun. Now they have some crazy security that runs around telling people they can't do this or that. Some examples include - no balls of any kind in the pool, no floats of any kind ( not even for babies), no vaping on the pool deck, no coolers. On a positive note, there are plenty of available chairs at the pool now since everyone is just avoiding the security hassle and buying beach chairs. I mean if I wanted to do that I would have stayed somewhere much cheaper!!
