The Pool is the biggest attraction and the staff is nice BUT THEY HAVE THE WORSE ELEVATOR SYSTEM OF ANY RESORT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! EVER!!!!! Every single time we got on the elevators we heard nothing but complaints about them. Its a 24 story high rise and they only have 4 elevators. We waited as long as 40 minutes just to get on. NEVER ONCE waited less than 10 minutes just to get on an elevator. Also the Parking Deck is the next worse thing. Ice machine is broke, but there is a gas station 1 minute walk away. The elevators are a shitshow. People kissing of their balconies at night, not cool. Security are petty dicks, at least a couple of them. Cant have flotation devices in pool. Pool bar and snack stand only seem to be open on weekends. If you bring a canopy to the beach you have to set up behind the rentals where you can barely see the ocean. Sometimes turns into a jailhouse echo chamber at night with everyone hootin and hollarin.
I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews..but we booked are condo thru book tht condo....so maybe thts the difference. Everything worked and was very clean....we never had to deal with any of the employees....our babies could play with anything they wanted at pool...overall a great stay...deff. coming back!!!
The pool is wonderful. Very spacious to accommodate the many guests. Need more hot tubs, they stayed full. Also, we didn't like the fact of having to pay extra for the amenities when we got there. The tiki bars were great, very friendly staff. The restaurant was over priced. Overall happy with our stay. �

We love this place! This is our 2nd summer in a row we were able to stay here and it's gorgeous. The condo is very cozy and the resort is nice and clean.
Our room was perfect! we stayed in #2019 ( 2 bdrm 3 bath)The view was beautiful!! Everything was new and clean. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone! Staff were also very helpful and friendly�
Room was good, parking and elevators are terrible!
