We loved our condo it was very nice and clean when we arrived the reason I gave it a 4 is because of the elevator and the parking we had a hard time finding parking each day and wait time on elevator was crazy it was better to take the stairs but overall it was a good stay and we would stay there again and just deal with the parking
Me and my friends stayed here from June 30th to July 4th and we loved it!!!! We were on the 10th floor with a great view of the pool and beach. We had no issues other than someone parking in our spot one night and the elevator wait. Security had them move the car and the elevator wait is like that most condo's so it wasn't too bad. We have been here almost a week and besides the horrible elevator traffic it's amazing! View is amazing! But we also reacted from a private owner and that seems to be he only way to get a great room! We have heard horro stories of people who are renting straight through shores! Always make sure you have a reserved parking spot when staying or you will never get a parking spot! Old and very over priced! Condo is big with ocean view but the furniture looks like a fraternity house. Carpet filthy and crunchy. Burn holes in the furniture, ceiling needs repair, not worth the 3k we paid. Very disappointed and over charged. The police are here at least twice a day! Elevators take 20 minutes to go up or down so I hope you like walking 17 floors up the stairs! Stay away!
I absolutely LOVE it!! My family and I are having a great time!!
Worst place ever.. if you want relaxing go somewhere else. People screaming all hours of the day and night.
We definitely enjoyed our week here & would definitely book again in the future!
I enjoyed PCB! This beach community offers LOTS of activities for people of all ages! Before 10 p.m., that is! You might reconsider the early closings for those of us who are night owls. LOVED shelling at Ace Hardware!!! But, I was disappointed by the brown ocean water. What's up with THAT??? (I'll be back.)
