Had a really good time, we didn't even get to do everything the had to do...will be going bck soon...
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen or heard of. I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone so rude and inconsiderate before. Will definitely not be back to this property.
07/29/2017 My first time in a hotel and is the overcharge Wrong information No toilet paper The elevator to take you forever I don't recommend this hotel for no Body 👎
Sadly the condo was not a place to enjoy... Poor air conditioning, old lumpy bed mattresses, dirty carpet, called maintenance every day and no one showed up to check things out... had to go buy my own cooking pan... Beach was good... No more Shores of Panama for us....
When we first got to the hotel we had to wait 5 hours for our Room To Be Ready. And then the elevator were super slow we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. And then the elevator didn't have no AC . And more but other than that the view was beautiful the pool was beautiful. Not going back again.!!!!!!
Not the best place in the world but it isn't bad. The only big issues is the wait time at the elevators and the parking garage.
