Pool was nice, but that was the only good thing about this resort. Elevator is sooo slow. No parking! Had a condo that sleeps 8 with only 1 parking spot. Room was dirty and in poor maintenance.
Worst Place to stay!! I will NEVER stay there again and I'll make sure to tell my family and friends not to stay there either. Stuff was broken in our room and they refused to fix it until we left to come back home and they were Very Rude!! Also if I'm paying $1500 I expect to be able to swim whenever I want. Last year I stayed at a different condo and we were allowed to swim whenever we wanted, guess I'll be going back to that other condo because this one SUCKED!!!
We have stay twice enjoy both. Very nice and friendly place. Parking a bit of a Challenge for someone that doesn't use a parking deck much LOL
Outstanding food and service! Our waiter, Howard was the best!
The elevators are RIDICULOUSLY slow and the parking deck was poorly planned/made. It is made for compact cars only and extremely aggravating to maneuver. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Horrible is the only word to describe this place we arrived yesterday for a week and we're already ready leave
It doesn't even deserve 1 star, well maybe the pool deserves 1 star.
Elevator is terrible!!!!! The floor is very dirty and sofa bed is nightmare, so dirty!!!!! The worst hotel ever for that much money you pay!!!!!
Will never stay here again!!!!! I have stayed many places in PCB and this was the worst. Took my husband and I over 2 hours to check in and get our car unload because of the elevator situation. You have 4 elevators for a place this big. The parking deck was awful!!! We had to plan our times to go eat every day around the elevator and parking deck.
