Avoid! I work within the property industry and to say this is the worst transaction i've witnessed is an understatement on the 100+ cases i've dealt with. I've had the displeasure of working with Isha for the past three months; it's certainly an experience. Emails and Calls will not be responded too for weeks - then within a matter of days 30+ documents will be sent too me, completely overwhelming me. Do *not* use for conveyancing. Slow, ineffecient and disorganised. Being used by my seller. No chain. Repeatedly asking for things already sent, repeating questions they have already received answers to, finding ways to incur more charges. Run, run for the hills.
Visited for legal documentation. Nice place, treated well and all sorted out.
