Excellent job made on my Gucci shoes had them dyed from a white to a tan colour, they look like they’ve been bought that way. so friendly to deal with also. Overall Excellent

Terrible experience. Paid for a 10 day turnaround so I could wear them to a function. Came back in 15ish and wasn’t notified there was a problem (apparently there was but they needed a prompt to tell me) Then the shoes have really just been painted and theres no dying involved at all, so they’ve started to ‘chip’ and the original colour has come through. Save your money - perfectly good pair of Trickers ruined.

Amazing service. I sent my nude-ish shoes and bag to be done. I sent a sample of material to colour match. I wanted them a magenta colour. I never thought to ring them beforehand to check they could do them. They were a suede -ish material. They received them and gave me a call to discuss what I wanted. They told me they don’t normally do suede but would give it a go but I had to take the responsibility if it didn’t work. I gave them my word I wouldn’t hold them responsible at all.
