Called to ask for the relevant email address - for a Subject access request. Was advised to call the hospital. Seemed extremely unprofessional and the staff probably need more training in this area. Found it concerning the receptionist did not know what a SAR.
The receptionist working around 3:45 pm on 30 August 2024 was very rude and unpleasant over the phone.
