This company showed up on time for every appointment that we had scheduled and the workers did what they said they would do in the time that they said they would get it done and when I had a problem they got someone out here to fix it in a timely manor.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've had my panels for 5-6 years and am needing to have them removed because my roof is getting replaced. I was told by a Shine employee that since I wasn't using them to have my roof replaced that I was "not priority" and it would be a longer wait. Never mind the fact that I have been a customer for years. I didn't even know they did roofs because no one mentioned that when I was trying to get the quote for removal and reinstall. We had a great experience with Shine Solar from the summary of what we would be getting to the installation, to working with Liz during the connection process. It was a great experience and we look forward to saving on our electric bill!

We have been very happy with the Shine Solar process. It was easy, we got every question answered, and they were right on axhesulw just as they has said they would be. Thw I stalk team was quick and courteous, and The after service has been great as well.

I am following up since I haven’t heard anything from anyone regarding the damage the leaking improperly sealed brackets from the panels caused to my roof and my house. I was told a manager would reach out to me but no one ever did. I had 3 separate roofers out to confirm it was the brackets that were in fact causing the leaks, 4 leaks in fact. I wanted an explanation as to why the man who came to check my roof with the Drone, gave us the ‘all clear’ BEFORE the panels were installed lied to us. My roof was not okay for them ... read more
