Installed Shine solar panels this year. Very good experience from marketers to installers to in-office personnel. Promptly returned phone calls. Hand-holding when needed (on customer side ??)—mostly during inspection process. They ran interference with our power company when needed. Glad we did it!
As the newest member of the Shine Solar family, I would like to say thank you. Information flow from beginning to the end was open and honest, so what more could you ask for? There were some snags that came along the way and how they handled it is what gained them the 5th star. Good company to work with and would highly recomment to my friends and family.
Everyone was are very educated on the solar panels and how they work which was definitely reassuring I was picking the right company!
They were excellent at keeping me informed of the steps in the process. They maintained good communication and even kept me updated when my local power company OG&E was what we were waiting for. They also did an amazing job at keeping my parents from overpaying for their solar panels.
